  • Yes, a deposit is required for all bookings.

  • £10 for makeup,, eyelashes and brow styling and £30 for PMU brows.

  • Within 48 hours of booking. After that you will be booked into my Fresh system and you will recive a confirmation SMS.

  • You can change your appointment date once.

  • A £5 charge will apply for makeup removal.

Trainings & payments

  • Yes, you can pay for your training with KLARNA or Clearpay option.

    • £50 for one-day courses.

    • £100 for two or three-day courses.

  • No, deposits are non-refundable.

  • Yes, within 48 hours you can change the date by paying 25% of the remaining cost.

    1. Send a Substitute: Someone else can attend in your place. Inform us by email at szkoleniamalwinaondycz@gmail.com.

    2. Transfer to Another Training: Transfer your booking to another course within our offer within the next 6 months (one transfer allowed). No-shows for transferred bookings will be charged the full cost.

    3. Cancel Your Place: If you cannot attend and don't want a substitute or transfer, you will not be charged if you notify us at least two weeks before the training date.

    • Cancellations with less than two weeks' notice will result in a full charge for the training.

    • An invoice will be sent requesting payment within seven days.
