CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Changes

We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. Here's how changes to your training booking are handled:

• Change Training Date: To avoid losing your deposit, you may change the date by paying 25% of the remaining training cost within 48 hours.

• Cancellation Policy (Minimum Two Weeks Notice Required)

• If you are unable to attend your training, you have three options (written notice required at least two weeks prior to the event):

• Send a Substitute:

• Someone else can attend in your place. Notify us at szkoleniamalwinaondycz@gmail.com beforehand.

• Transfer to Another Training:

• Transfer your booking to another course within our offer within the next 6 months.

• You can only transfer once.

• No-shows for transferred bookings incur a full cost charge.

• Cancel Your Place:

• If you cannot attend, send a cancellation notice and do not wish to send a substitute or transfer. You will not be charged if notified at least two weeks before the training date.

Late Cancellations (Less Than Two Weeks Notice)

• Cancellations with less than two weeks' notice will result in a full charge for the training.

• An invoice will be sent requesting payment within seven days.
